As Trade Marketing Manager you will develop and execute trade marketing initiatives across retail and pharmacy channels to support brand performance and commercial objectives.
You will be responsible for translating brand strategies into effective customer and shopper activation plans, ensuring excellence in execution and strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with GxP, corporate policies, local legal requirements, and confidentiality standards and support the promotion of ethical business conduct and compliance awareness.

  • Ensure appropriate reporting of adverse events in line with Sandoz guidelines.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of annual trade marketing plans aligned with objectives.

  • Monitor channel performance KPIs, including distribution, visibility, and effectiveness of trade activations and identify business opportunities based on market insights, customer feedback, shopper trends, and sales performance.

  • Support the adaptation of brand strategies into channel-specific activation plans and track performance of activities and improvements where needed.

  • Develop understanding of shopper behavior and channel dynamics through market data analysis and collaboration with internal teams.

  • Support customer-focused planning and manage the execution of trade marketing programs, including POS materials, promotions, in-store visibility initiatives, and retail campaigns.

  • Ensure strong brand presence across pharmacy and retail channels.

  • Support NPI launch preparation and execution by ensuring channel readiness and effective shopper activation.

  • Coordinate launch-related trade marketing activities according to agreed priorities and timelines, in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Medical, external agencies, retailers, pharmacy chains, and wholesalers and secure high quality of their services.

  • Provide input into demand planning through visibility of promotional activities and channel trends, support process improvements.

Our Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in Science, Marketing or Business

  • 3+ years of trade marketing and/or sales experience in pharma industry

  • Polish language - advanced

  • English language (min B1)

  • Very good commercial and analytical skills

  • Experience in execution of trade marketing initiatives and product launches

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Strong communication & presentation skills

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams

  • Proficiency in market data analysis and business planning tools

Compensation Structure & Criteria:

Sandoz compensation isdeterminedby job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform ourrangeplacement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs

Pay range (monthly salary) gross/zł 13 875- 25 758

Variable compensation:

- Annualperformance-basedbonus: 15%
