Job Description

The Trade Marketing Manager defines, consolidates, aligns and executes all trade marketing activities for designated brands across the defined regions but also coordinates loyalty programs. She/he leads is responsible for delivering sales targets and customer satisfaction through close cooperation with customers, sales teams, KAM, and subsidiaries.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Coordination of trade marketing planning and execution in selected countries in Europe and multiple customer types, including distributors, buying groups (ITG), workshops, and B2B e-commerce partners.
  • Active management of loyalty programs that drive sales growth, customer retention and loyalty.
  • Implementation of an annual marketing plan for individual brands and trade marketing strategy, ensuring effective and timely implementation across all channels.
  • Initiating projects tailored to customer needs and perfectly implementing marketing campaigns in distributor channels, as well as analyzing and settling these projects
  • Coordinating the overall implementation of marketing activities in close cooperation with the Brand Management, Marketing Solutions, Product Management, Sales, Finance, and external partners.
  • Responsibility for planning and managing the marketing budget and its final settlement
  • On-going overview of competitors’ activities
  • Collaboration with external agencies to implement current marketing projects
  • Plan and execute European calendar of customers events

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in trade marketing, including at least 3-4 years in a similar position
  • Analytical, strategic, customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Business acumen and experience managing budgets and ROI-based planning.
  • Documented experience in creating, managing, and scaling loyalty programs.
  • Holistic thinking and open-mindedness, enjoy solution-oriented work on cross-functional concepts / processes
  • The position requires business travel across EU Region
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is welcome
  • Ability to effectively create and implement projects, effectively evaluate their effectiveness, and leverage key findings in future projects.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
