Job Description

工作职责:

1) 品类策略制定

a. 制定总部策略,整合本地渠道机会与竞争情况,制定区域品类执行重点

b. 制定统一的POS 执行品类计划,确保执行端对公司优先品类具备清晰认知
2) 渠道洞察与转化
a. 利用本地购物者洞察,制定提高转化率的销售执行方案
b. 跟踪不同渠道下购物者行为趋势,精准匹配促销与陈列资源
3) 数据驱动与预测管理
a. 分析内外部数据,支持销量预测与活动评估
b. 协同CS&L、销售团队优化供需预测,减少断货或库存积压
4) 促销活动协调与执行
a. 调整并整合全国活动方案,在区域市场做出本地化落地优化
b. 监督活动全流程执行,确保KPI 对齐并持续优化活动方案
5) 活动ROI、促销覆盖率、终端反馈
6) 渠道策略制定与评估
a. 基于本地渠道结构,制定差异化推广策略
b. 帮助销售团队识别新兴渠道机会,如O2O、会员店、地方强势连锁等
7) 投资效率管理
a. 分配区域贸易支出,确保费用投放效率最大化
b. 评估各项活动/资源投放的ROI,优化资源再分配

8) 跨团队协同支持(战略性协同职责,约占整体工作投入的15%)

a. 作为亿滋端关键接口人,协调Evirth(恩喜村)与全球团队,在并购后项目办公室(Post-Merger Integration Office)框架下,共同推进关键里程碑达成;

b. 确保区域业务需求与全球整合节奏有效对齐,及时同步进展、识别风险并协同解决。

职位要求:
1) 学历要求: 本科及以上学历,市场营销、经济、管理等相关专业优先
2) 工作经验:至少5年以上快速消费品行业销售/市场/渠道相关经验

3) 专业能力:熟悉各现代渠道(生鲜超市、即时零售,电商、会员店等)运作模式与购物
者行为差异
4) 精通数据分析工具,具备优秀的逻辑判断与业务洞察力
5) 语言能力: 能熟练运用中英文

6) 其他要求: 具备创业者精神, 习惯于高速, 高压的环境
