Key Responsibilities Product Management Leadership
Lead the management of the product lifecycle, from launch to promotional strategy execution.
Oversee market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Direct collaboration between sales and marketing teams for successful new product launches and product enhancements.
Define product pricing and positioning strategies based on comprehensive market analysis.
Trade Marketing and Brand Strategy Management
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales growth.
Lead market research initiatives to identify target audiences and analyze market trends.
Create and execute trade marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
Ensure alignment and sales conversion by coordinating efforts among central product managers, commercialization teams, and local sales.
Facilitate strategic meetings and lead the creation of annual marketing plans for stakeholders and customers.
Manage budget and sales growth initiatives, overseeing the full marketing mix, including PR and social media activities.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in trade marketing strategy, product management, or commercial roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and market share.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex data and market insights to inform high-impact decision-making.
- Exceptional proficiency in interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to develop actionable recommendations and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Full professional fluency in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at influencing stakeholders and fostering productive relationships.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to create compelling reports and presentations.
- Meticulous attention to detail, complemented by superior organizational and project management abilities to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing programs.

Product Launch Excellence Lead cross-functional teams in the successful launch of new products, establishing robust go-to-market plans, monitoring launch KPIs, and ensuring achievement of sales and market share targets.
Brand Visibility & Market Penetration Enhancement Develop and implement initiatives to elevate brand awareness and market penetration, leveraging market insights and innovative trade marketing tactics to strengthen brand equity.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Foster effective collaboration across sales, marketing, supply chain, and external partners to drive seamless execution of trade marketing programs and achieve shared business goals.
Operational Execution & On-Time Delivery Assurance Oversee the timely and efficient execution of trade marketing activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and delivery milestones.
Strategic Communication & Influence Champion clear, strategic communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing leadership, guidance, and actionable insights to drive alignment and support organizational objectives.
