JOB PURPOSE:
The candidate is accountable for all trade marketing investment and activities for VMS(Cenovis)/OTC(EVE) brands within the Opella Consumer Healthcare e-commerce ecosystem. This role drives end-to-end in-platform marketing strategy and execution — translating brand strategies into channel-winning activation plans, optimizing A&P investment efficiency, and delivering measurable ROI growth on digital platforms. The role carries two distinct strategic mandates for 2026: secure EVE business stable growth momentum, and complete key milestones for Cenovis model transferring.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
This role gives the candidate the opportunity to drive in-platform trade marketing excellence for VMS(Cenovis)/OTC(EVE) brands across China's key e-commerce platforms. The candidate will act as the commercial powerhouse for both brands — owning the full A&P investment cycle, optimizing ROI, and executing platform-specific activation plans in alignment with brand strategies and 2026 growth ambitions.
1. On-Platform Marketing (60%)
• Design and implement platform-specific trade marketing strategies for VMS (Cenovis) and EVE across key e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Douyin, etc.), covering both CBEC and domestic channels. Conduct yearly consumer journey mapping, persona development, and insights-driven strategy.
• Lead in-platform media investment planning and optimization for both brands; continuously improve paid media mix (search, display, livestream, etc.) to improve traffic quality and conversion
• Own the full-cycle TMKT A&P budget for VMS (Cenovis) and EVE — from planning and allocation to utilization, reconciliation, post-campaign review, and optimization
• Monitor campaign ROI in real time; implement data-driven optimizations to achieve the ROI improvement; share learnings with the broader team
• Execute joint platform campaigns and launch themed in-platform activities in collaboration with key account and platform partners
• Plan and execute the full in-platform marketing calendar — including daily traffic-driving activities and major platform campaign events (e.g., 618, Double 11, platform-specific themed campaigns)
• Co-work with Performance Analysis team to design, iterate, and evaluate free sample programs and Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) mechanics tailored to VMS/EVE consumer journeys and conduct in-platform consumer funnel analysis to identify funnel gaps and optimize targeting, retargeting, and loyalty strategies for both brands
2. Content & Visual (20%)
• Leverage with marketing brand & innovation team assets to drive ongoing optimization of product detail pages (PDP) and main picture for Cenovis and EVE — including copy, imagery, A+ content, and consumer review management — to improve conversion rates. Ensure all in-platform content adheres to Opella brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements for VMS and health product categories
• Brief, manage, and review short-video content (Douyin, Tmall Live, etc.) for Cenovis and EVE; ensure content aligns with brand positioning and platform algorithm requirements
3. Compliance & Processes (15%)
• Update and maintain Trade Marketing A&P Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to VMS (Cenovis) and EVE brand activities
• Assist procurement and legal teams and S&OP team to input drafting and reviewing marketing contracts and SOP-compliant vendor agreements
• Actively support internal audits and external compliance reviews; ensure all trade marketing activities are fully documented and audit-ready
• Manage reconciliation vouchers (核销凭证) and maintain accurate activity data records across the full marketing investment lifecycle.
• Ensure all A&P expenditures follow approved financial processes; liaise with Finance on AP cost management and P&L support for VMS/EVE
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration (5%)
• Work closely with KA and sales teams to align trade marketing plans with commercial targets; provide negotiation support materials and activation toolkits
• Collaborate with upstream brand/marketing teams to ensure in-platform activities are synchronized with ATL campaigns and brand RMOG priorities
• Support Finance with results reporting, and P&L inputs for VMS (Cenovis) and EVE
• Provide trade marketing inputs and data for Top-to-Top (T2T) customer meetings as required
• Share channel insights, platform dynamics, and consumer opportunity findings with the broader TMKT team to contribute to organizational learning
About You
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid experience of online TMKT management; experience in EC channel TMKT management will be preferred.

Education:
- University / College degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field
Experience & knowledge:
- Prefer more than 6–8 years minimum of solid experience in trade marketing, e-commerce marketing, or commercial roles within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or related industries
- Prefer demonstrated hands-on experience managing in-platform marketing on major China e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD.com, Douyin/TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Prefer experience managing A&P budgets and delivering measurable ROI outcomes
- Prefer exposure to VMS, health supplement, or OTC/Consumer Healthcare categories
- Prefer experience working with cross-functional teams (brand, sales, finance, KA) in a matrix organization
- Prefer familiarity with CBEC (Cross-Border E-Commerce) and domestic e-commerce models
