Key Job Responsibility:

lResponsible for Ecommerce channel business planning and implementation, this includes, but is not limited to, driving target traffic and overseeing optimization of Ecommerce shopping experience to increase conversion rate. Co-work with cross team to manage and collaborate with partner and deliver the business result.

lSet up the clear monthly, quarterly business building block KPI, monitor GMV achievement and drive course-correction plan.

lCommunicate with partner, platform & agency on routine basis in terms of daily operation, sales & marketing plan and execution of activities and campaigns.

lClosely monitor partner and agency’s daily operation to make sure both business target and brand equity are well delivered.

lInvestment management and continuous tracking of spend, ROI and goal achievements for agreed projects, make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth.

lBuild JBP partnership relationships with Ecommerce platforms for better business solutions and more efficient investments as playing as the 1st tier core brand.

lDevelopment and delivery of all relevant appealing channel selling-story and communication touch-points for Ecommerce channel execution.

lMonitor category trends and competitor activities and drive insight, plan and related capabilities that lead to the competitive growth on Ecommerce platforms.

lLead Ecommerce sell-out, GMV data integration and analysis to facilitate team efficient business discussion and decision.

lAll the other Ecommerce channel trade marketing related work assigned by line manager.

Qualifications and skills:

l3+ years OTC Ecommerce or FMCG Ecommerce trade marketing experience

lUnderstanding of Ecommerce channel landscape, driving planning to implementation.

lExperience in good management and communication with Key Ecommerce accounts.

lOrganized and ability to manage multiple priorities.

lGood in data analysis and business insight & opportunities development.

lGood command of spoken and written English.

lGood communication and relationship building across internal and external stakeholders.

lAttention to details, good at numbers, resilient and patience.
