We are looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Lead to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across our diverse suite of app services. You will play a key role in translating our marketing strategy into actionable on the ground trade marketing initiatives that increase app installs, usage, and customer loyalty. The role reports directly to the Marketing Director and involves close collaboration with Marketing, Event and Operation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing plans for our different services (financial services, food, ridehailing, groceries, …) .
Set up trade marketing processes, tracking mechanisms, and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness.
Plan, budget, and manage trade marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
Lead, train and supervise trade marketing animators and on-ground teams.
Test commercial messaging, evaluate effectiveness, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and strategic recommendations.
Identify partnership and co-marketing opportunities with key retailers, merchants, and service providers.
Provide regular reporting to the Marketing Director on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial or related field, MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation, preferably in digital, app-driven businesses or FMCG.
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, both online and offline.
Proven track record in driving awareness, app adoption, and engagement campaigns.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong Leadership to lead animators on the ground, find the right commercial messaging and optimize process.
