We are looking for a bright Trade Marketing Intern to join our Trade Marketing Team in Bolton Food, based in Milan.
How you make the difference
As a Trade Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of trade marketing strategies, assisting with promotional activities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
How your agenda looks like:
• Supporting Shelf & Assortment activities, including planogram implementation
• Conducting Sell-In/Sell-Out analyses and managing client databases
• Monitoring promotional activities and in-store execution
• Supporting development of POP materials and in-store initiatives
• Coordinating with agencies, salesforce, and clients (incl. e-commerce)
• Managing digital tools/platforms and providing operational support
• Preparing reports and supporting Trade Marketing administrative tasks
Your team:
This position report directly to the Category Manager of Bolton Food. In this role, you will work closely with different departments.
How you look like:
• Master’s degree in Economics
• Previous experience in multinational environments, preferably in food marketing
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement
• Proactive, fast learner with a results-oriented mindset
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
