As a Trade Marketing Executive, you'll help bring our retail campaigns to life across one of Australia's largest retail networks. Working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, you'll coordinate the delivery of in-store and point-of-sale activity, support product launches and key campaigns, and use retailer and customer insights to help optimise merchandising, product placement and the overall customer experience. This is a hands-on role for a proactive marketer who enjoys turning plans into action and making a real impact in-store.
What you’ll do
Support the delivery and execution of trade marketing initiatives, campaigns and product launches across The Lott retail network.
Coordinate in-store and digital retail assets, ensuring all activity is delivered on time and aligned to campaign objectives and best practice.
Use retailer, customer and performance insights to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, merchandising and path to purchase.
Gather feedback from retailers, support pilot programs and help test new ideas to optimise retail performance and customer experience.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure retail communications, materials and activities are accurate, compliant and aligned to broader marketing campaigns.
What you’ll bring
Understanding of shopper and trade marketing principles, with an appreciation for customer behaviour and path-to-purchase decision-making.
Experience evaluating the effectiveness of retail communications, merchandising and in-store customer experiences.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail, combined with a proactive and curious mindset focused on continuous improvement and testing new ideas.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across Marketing, Retail and external partners.
