Job Identification

We are looking for a marketing supervisor to join our team in Tashkent.

What we Expect

Constantly monitor business metrics (market share, sales growth, profitability, etc.) and competitive activities, identify regional needs and opportunities, and create strategic development plans. Plan and implement regional plans (in-house development programs, promotional campaigns, sales incentive programs, blitz merchandising, etc.) and share best practices between regions in the modern retail channel.

Analyze, recommend, and implement a wide range and assortment of display schemes and merchandising strategies that maximize category growth and profits in the modern retail channel.

Participate in the development of the company's marketing strategy and success plan and follow business priorities in the modern retail channel. Create projects to improve the quality of service provided and received in the modern retail channel.

Promote brand/product sales growth and profitability by managing category mix through detailed analysis of business elements such as pricing, customer base, competition, and market research in the modern retail channel.

Search for and establish relationships with suppliers, conduct negotiations;

Conduct sales and profitability analysis of individual products and categories as a whole in the modern retail channel;

Conduct analyses and prepare reports and presentations on marketing activities in the modern retail channel.

Qualification

Basic qualification requirements for the position.

Qualification requirements: Higher education (economics, management) MBA is welcome

work experience: at least 3 years in marketing

Knowledge and skills:

Uzbewkistan legislation;

Company internal labor regulations;

Management skills;

Negotiation skills;

Presentation skills.

Computer skills: Proficient user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook.

Languages: English (intermediate and above)

Additional requirements: Category B driver's license.
