Step into Magnet as a Kitchen Sales Designer and bring dream kitchens to life.

As a Kitchen Sales Designer in our Walthamstow concession within Selco, you’ll be the driving force behind an unforgettable customer experience from end to end of the Kitchen project. You’ll take time to understand the needs of the customers, offer creative solutions, understand the practical requirements and design kitchens tailored to lifestyle needs.

Never designed a kitchen before? No problem. If you’re sales-driven, customer-focused, and eager to work within a trade enviroment, we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to succeed.

Please note this role requires a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for home design visits.

What you’ll be doing:

• Inspire customers with creative, personalised kitchen designs that convert into sales

• Deliver high level customer service through the full project. You will be looking after the full journey, from thew initial conversation in-store, to home visit and final fit

• Promote value-adding services, including installation and flexible finance options

• Stay in regular contact with customers throughout the project, managing every detail to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new ways to deliver exceptional results

• Have experience working towards sales targets (trade experience is a bonus)

• Communicate with warmth, clarity and are commercially savvy

• Have an eye for design – or the passion to develop one – and strong attention to detail, we’ll give you the tools to bring the ideas to life

• Flexibility to work shifts

• Hold a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for home design visits
