As part of a newly established back-end TCI Operations team, you will contribute to accurate processing, reconciliation, and control activities supporting global integration and ongoing operations.
About the Role
As TCI Operations Analyst, you will support trade credit insurance operations across key back-end processes, including partner clearance, premium reconciliation, data migration, and cash allocation activities.
This role reports to the VP, Operations Manager, TCI Integration, and is part of a global Credit & Surety Operations team supporting integration and ongoing operational activities. You will work closely with colleagues across underwriting, finance, and technical accounting to ensure timely and accurate processing in line with applicable Swiss Re Standards.

The Credit & Surety Operations team supports global business partners in delivering high-quality, well-governed delegated authority and specialty insurance programs. Working across regions, the team collaborates closely with underwriting, finance, legal, and risk functions to ensure strong operational standards and effective oversight of partner relationships.
As part of this team, you will work in a collaborative, international environment that values structure, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You are detail-oriented and take ownership of your day-to-day responsibilities. You are comfortable working with structured processes and understand the importance of accuracy and control in financial and insurance operations.
