Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and coordinate the team's day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align processes and goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across internal procedures.
  • Prepare performance reports and executive-level presentations.
  • Design and implement strategies to optimize resources.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making within the department.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Coordinate training and development initiatives for the team.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in technology tools and platforms relevant to the role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and critical thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Technology).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven knowledge of project management practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (preferred).
  • Industry-specific certifications (a plus).
