  • Review customer-submitted End-Use Statements for red flags, inconsistencies, and diversion risk.

  • Collect complete technical information, identify missing or inconsistent data, identify comparable products, and prepare Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) packages for U.S. Corporate Trade Compliance Team review.

  • Ability to work independently with a U.S.-based manager reporting structure.
  • Structured training will be provided on Penguin Solutions’ SAP/GTS workflows, U.S. restricted-party lists, ownership-tracing methodology, classification intake processes, and escalation procedures.

  • Experience with SAP/GTS or a comparable global trade or screening platform.
  • Exposure to U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), OFAC sanctions programs, or Malaysia’s Strategic Trade Act.
