The Trade Compliance Clerk supports the organization's import and export compliance activities by ensuring all international trade transactions comply with applicable customs regulations, import/export laws, sanctions, and company policies. The role involves maintaining documentation, coordinating with internal departments and external agencies, and ensuring accurate trade records.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure documentation complies with customs and regulatory requirements.
Maintain customs records according to legal retention requirements.
Support country-of-origin determination.
Maintain accurate trade compliance databases.
Freight forwarders
Identify documentation errors and recommend corrective actions.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma. Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered.
Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
