Being part of HSBC in France, you’ll help evolve and grow our business. You will support the manager for the Trade and Transaction reporting of the investment bank activity and support the development of the business. The Trade and Transaction Regulatory Reporting (T&TR) team works closely with Operations, Front Office, Compliance, IT and other support functions to ensure proper regulatory trade and transaction reporting (EMIR, MIFID, SFTR, MMSR...) as well as other mandatory reporting related to the Primary Dealer business (Euro-DMO and supranational-SSA sovereign debt placement...). The main function for the candidate is to coordinate the different actions of controls and enhance the control framework between Paris and Bengaluru to ensure the quality of the controls related to these statutory and mandatory reporting and implement a comprehensive oversight framework. She/He will work closely together and monitor offshore teams based in India processing these operations.

The candidate will oversee the controls (Reconciliations, QA, Pairing and Matching, outcome from regulators of trades and transactions reporting in close liaison with the Trade and transaction reporting manager and the offshore centre.
This role requires a good knowledge of regulatory controls and its evolutions and requires an ability to work in a cross-functional environment of the activities of the investment bank and an ease to identify and implement optimisations in line with the strategic vision of trade and transaction reporting.
