As a Trade Activations Specialist (Trade Shows & Events), you will drive impactful brand experiences that bring Red Bull’s strategy, culture, and commercial priorities to life through meetings, trade shows, and customer-facing events. This role is responsible for transforming business objectives into engaging activations that strengthen customer relationships, elevate brand perception, and create meaningful connections with internal and external audiences.
Through strategic planning, agency management, and flawless execution, the role ensures every activation delivers a premium Red Bull experience while contributing to business growth and engagement.

Internal Meetings & Employee Engagement:
- Lead the planning and execution of internal meetings, conferences and engagement events, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Red Bull’s culture, priorities and business objectives.
- Create engaging environments that foster connection, learning, recognition and alignment across teams.
- Ensure all events deliver a premium and distinctive Red Bull experience.
- Develop event concepts, themes and experiences aligned with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate venue setup, branding, logistics, food & beverage and attendee experience.
- Manage agencies, suppliers, staff and operational partners to ensure seamless execution.
Trade Shows & Industry Fairs:
- Develop and execute Red Bull’s presence at key trade shows, ensuring a strong and differentiated brand positioning that supports commercial objectives.
- Identify and prioritize relevant trade shows based on business opportunities and strategic relevance.
- Define activation strategies, messaging and customer engagement objectives for each event.
- Lead booth concept development, visitor journey and experiential elements.
- Ensure all activations reinforce Red Bull’s brand positioning and commercial priorities.
- Manage agencies and partners responsible for booth design, production and execution.
- Evaluate event performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Customer Events & Sponsorship Activations:
- Leverage proprietary events and sponsored platforms to strengthen customer relationships, drive engagement and create business opportunities.
- Develop activation plans for customer-facing events and sponsorship opportunities.
- Create experiences that connect customers and consumers with the Red Bull brand.
- Ensure activations support commercial objectives and customer engagement strategies.
- Coordinate event operations, logistics and stakeholder management.
- Maximize the impact and return on investment of sponsorship and hospitality initiatives.
Agency, Budget & Project Management:
- Ensure excellence in planning, governance and execution across all Trade Activation initiatives.
- Manage annual activation calendars and project timelines.
- Own budget planning, tracking and optimization across events and activations.
- Lead agency relationships, briefing processes and performance management.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Establish execution standards, monitor results and drive continuous improvement across all activations.
Strategic Alignment & HQ Partnership:
- Act as the key interface between Global/Regional teams and local business stakeholders, ensuring strategic priorities, global guidelines and best practices are effectively translated into impactful local activations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HQ regarding Trade Activation initiatives, events and experiential marketing projects.
- Translate global strategies, frameworks and brand guidelines into locally relevant activations.
- Align business needs with global priorities, ensuring consistency while maximizing local impact.
- Identify opportunities to leverage global best practices and innovations within the local market.
- Foster strong collaboration between HQ, local stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful execution and strategic alignment.
Qualificações
- Advanced English proficiency and strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with international teams and acting as a key interface between local and global organizations.
- Strong experience in planning and executing trade shows, customer events, sponsorship activations and internal meetings.
- Proven experience managing agencies, suppliers and complex projects from briefing to execution.
- Strong project management capabilities, including budget ownership, timeline management and stakeholder coordination.
- Strategic understanding of experiential marketing, brand activations and customer engagement, with the ability to connect business needs to global brand and commercial priorities.
