Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and efficiency of our trucks and trailers for drivers and customers
• Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all vehicles and equipment within our fleet
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all fleet vehicles and equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair major systems including engines, transmissions, DEF systems, AC systems, and driver safety mitigation devices
• Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting and repair, and participate in ongoing training opportunities
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Pass pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license (CDL license is a plus)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Basic computer skills
• Regular attendance for assigned shifts
• Positive team player
• Ability to understand and implement instructions, guidelines, and pertinent information
• Ability to move, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally

• $20 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
