
We are looking for a Tracking Engineer to own end-to-end analytics implementation across a complex, global digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and engineering, ensuring accurate, scalable, and high‑quality measurement across web, mobile, OTT, and emerging platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
• Advanced JavaScript skills with the ability to read, understand, and enhance existing code
• Solid knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and tag management tools including Tealium and Adobe Launch
• Translate business questions into detailed tracking and measurement specifications across web, mobile apps, OTT devices, gaming consoles, and Smart TVs
• Enable meaningful analysis of user experience and audience behavior across global digital properties
• Ensure all new and existing products and features are accurately measured, validated, and reported across devices
• Validate third-party tracking implementations such as comScore and Nielsen for each release
• Create, analyze, and QA reports to ensure data is populating correctly
• Communicate clearly with analytics platform users on how to retrieve and interpret data
• Work independently on time-sensitive and business‑critical analytics projects
• Maintain and create documentation including data layers, event inventories, and tracking specifications
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics implementation projects, from design through deployment and QA
• Perform data quality audits, identify tracking gaps, and implement corrective improvements
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and application development teams
• Provide thought leadership on standardizing data collection across a global environment
• Drive prioritization and resolution of tracking bugs, enhancements, and measurement issues
• Manage releases and ensure successful tracking deployment and validation in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (STEM a plus, not required)
• 2+ years of experience in analytics implementation or relevant internship experience
• Strong familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tealium, Adobe Launch, or similar tools
• Highly autonomous, self‑starter mindset with excellent time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and creative thinking capabilities
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences
• Curiosity-driven mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
• Experience in data analytics, data quality, data warehousing, data governance, business intelligence, data visualization, or data privacy
• Hands-on coding experience with Java, Python, or similar languages
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Advanced experience deploying analytics through tag management systems
• Deep implementation expertise with Adobe Analytics or similar enterprise platforms
• Experience leading or influencing analytics architecture across multiple sites and distributed teams
• Demonstrated initiative to stay current with evolving analytics and tracking technologies
