Monday - Friday 12:30PM to 8:30PM

As a Tracking Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

• Tracking loads proactively.
• Trouble-shooting and anticipating shipment issues.
• Notifying customers of any delays or changes that will impact service
• Setting up appropriate tracking mechanisms to ensure visibility of each shipment
• Promptly responding to customer request for status information or changes
• Problem resolution to minimize impact to customer and company.

To land this gig, here is what you need:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college education or similar work experience is a plus
• Bonus experience: Have you worked helping people solve problems? If so great! It doesn’t need to be traditional transportation or customer service experience: we have employees from all work backgrounds in our ranks!

And you are good at

• Communication. You write well. You speak eloquently. You follow up on conversations. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone.
• You have strong typing and computer skills; put those gaming and texting abilities to the test.
• You think on your feet. You like learning new things, and you can learn quickly. When things change, you know how to roll with the punches.
• You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. You are going to take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference.
• You like helping people. You get a kick out of getting people to those wow! moments!
