Tracker Sales Agent (Call Centre)

Location: Bram Fischer Town, Johannesburg
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: R3,000 – R6,000 basic per month (depending on experience and performance) + attractive performance-based earning opportunities

Introduction

An established financial services contact centre is expanding and is looking for experienced Tracker Sales Agents to join its high-performing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals with a proven track record of selling vehicle tracking solutions in a call centre environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 
  Sell vehicle tracking products to prospective customers over the phone.
• 
  Build rapport and identify customer needs.
• 
  Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• 
  Accurately capture customer information and sales.
• 
  Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• 
  Follow up on customer enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.

Minimum Requirements

• 
  Minimum 6 months' call centre sales experience selling vehicle tracking products (Tracker, Cartrack, Netstar or similar).
• 
  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 
  Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
• 
  Computer literate.
• 
  Able to work in a fast-paced call centre environment.
