In this role, you will be at the heart of railway technology innovation, directly influencing global infrastructure projects by empowering customers with high-precision, multi-sensor solutions while directly shaping product development through real-world market feedback.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
• Deliver sophisticated technical support to empower national and international customers and distributors.
• Conduct engaging customer training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of advanced survey technologies.
• Partner directly with the development department by providing critical market feedback and leading system testing.
• Champion customized client solutions and drive high-impact technical projects from initiation to delivery.
• Educational background in Surveying Technology, Surveying Engineering, or equivalent practical experience as a Surveying Technician.
• Full professional proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated proactive mindset with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, international teams.
• Proven self-starter with high initiative, independence, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on field experience in track surveying or railway infrastructure.
• Experience working with complex multi-sensor hardware and software workflows.
Location:Wiesentheid, Germany (5 days/in-office)
Travel Requirement:10-20%
