Queensland Greyhound Racing Club (QGRC) is seeking an experienced and strategic Track Operations Manager to lead the governance, performance, and continuous improvement of track operations, infrastructure, maintenance, and compliance functions across our state-of-the-art racing facility, The Q.

About the Role

The Track Operations Manager is responsible for establishing strong governance frameworks, maintenance strategies, compliance systems, and performance reporting processes that support safe, consistent, and world-class racing outcomes.

This role is primarily strategic and administrative, focused on leadership, planning, governance, and operational excellence beyond just the day-to-day hands-on supervision.
