Job Summary

Workspace ONE MDM Engineer – L3 Role\\r\\nRole Overview\\r\\nActs as technical authority and escalation lead for Workspace ONE UEM, owning solution design, complex troubleshooting, platform optimization, and roadmap alignment

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities\\r\\n• Own L3 escalations and complex MDM issues\\r\\n• Design and optimize Workspace ONE UEM architecture\\r\\n• Lead enrollment strategy (ABM, Android Enterprise, Autopilot)\\r\\n• Define security, compliance, and conditional access models\\r\\n• Integrate Workspace ONE with Azure AD, SSO, PKI, and security tools\\r\\n• Drive platform upgrades, enhancements, and standardization\\r\\n• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and review configurations\\r\\n• Support audits, risk reviews, and enterprise governance\\r\\n• Create design docs, runbooks, and best practices

Skill Requirements

Skills & Experience\\r\\n• 5–8+ years in MDM / EUC / Modern Workplace\\r\\n• Deep expertise in Workspace ONE UEM (multi platform)\\r\\n• Strong experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, certificates\\r\\n• Knowledge of Zero Trust / Endpoint Security / Co management\\r\\n• Ability to work with architects, security, and client leadership\\r\\nPreferred\\r\\n• Workspace ONE Access\\r\\n• Microsoft Intune co management\\r\\n• Scripting (PowerShell)\\r\\n• VMware or Microsoft endpoint certifications
