Job Summary

This role drives the management and continuous improvement of complex network security operations, ensuring robust service delivery and operational excellence across advanced security platforms. The individual empowers teams, fosters innovation, and maintains high client satisfaction by proactively solving problems, optimizing processes, and upholding stringent SLAs in dynamic enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the administration and optimization of IPS, Cisco ASA, McAfee, and Palo Alto security platforms, ensuring advanced threat prevention and compliance with enterprise security policies.
2. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex incidents and escalations involving network security devices, minimizing downtime and risk.
3. Manage and enhance operational processes for security monitoring, change management, and incident response using IPS and Cisco ASA tools, driving continuous improvement and process innovation.
4. Mentor and guide the support team in advanced configuration, deployment, and maintenance of McAfee, Cisco ASA, and Palo Alto solutions to ensure operational excellence and skill development.
5. Engage with clients to interpret security requirements, translating them into actionable operational tasks and ensuring all service delivery meets or exceeds defined SLAs.
6. Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices in network security, fostering a culture of innovation and proactive risk management within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Skills In Advanced Threat Detection, Network Segmentation, And Security Policy Enforcement Using Enterprise Security Tools.
2. Expert Proficiency In Incident Response, Root Cause Analysis, And Remediation Within Complex Network Environments.
3. Excellent Ability To Lead And Mentor Technical Teams In The Deployment And Management Of Security Infrastructure.
4. Strong Communication Skills For Client Engagement, Requirements Gathering, And Translating Business Needs Into Technical Solutions.
5. Advanced Proficiency In Process Improvement, Operational Optimization, And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
