• Ensure accessibility, usability, and visual consistency across platforms and devices
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams for end-to-end feature delivery
• Optimize UI performance and maintain compatibility across modern browsers
• Contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI governance standards

Skill Requirements

Secondary Skills

• Performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting
• Accessibility compliance using WCAG and ARIA standards
• Knowledge of animation libraries such as Framer Motion, GSAP, or CSS transitions
• Basic backend/API understanding to support end-to-end integration
• Exposure to Agile delivery, DevOps pipelines, and collaboration tools like Jira or Azure Boards
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly frontend practices and semantic HTML
