Job Summary

Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, SOPs, and process documentation.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams to gather and validate technical information.

Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and content governance practices.

Review, edit, and improve existing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.

Support project, platform, and transformation initiatives by producing technical communications, release notes, and training materials.
