Job Summary

• Provide subject matter expertise for PingFederate, PingOne Advanced, PingDaVinci, Ping Risk, and PingID.
• Support Level-3 escalations and complex authentication and federation issues.
• Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and MFA integrations.
• Support application onboarding and federation configuration activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend remediation actions.
• Work with Architects on solution reviews and platform improvements.
• Support change management and release activities.
• Develop technical documentation and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for PingFederate, PingOne Advanced, PingDaVinci, Ping Risk, and PingID.

Skill Requirements

• 6-8 years of IAM experience.
• Strong expertise in PingFederate, PingID, OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
• Experience supporting enterprise SSO and MFA solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
