Key Responsibilities

1. Implement And Optimize Siem Solutions To Enhance Security Event Analysis, Ensuring Real-Time Monitoring And Swift Incident Response To Safeguard Organizational Assets.
2. Lead The Analysis Of Security Events And Incidents, Developing Actionable Insights And Recommendations To Improve Security Posture And Compliance.
3. Streamline Operational Processes By Integrating Soar Technologies, Enhancing Incident Management Workflows, And Ensuring Effective Information Flow Across Teams.
4. Mentor And Guide The Support Team In Understanding Client Requirements, Fostering A Culture Of Accountability To Consistently Meet And Exceed Client Slas.
