SAP Basis Admin
Install, manage, monitor, tune & troubleshoot SAP systems and databases in accordance with defined SLAs Manage & monitor operating systems on all SAP Systems Provide SAP basis support to other SAP Teams Work with IT Operations team members to design and implement controls for new technologies, systems & their supporting infrastructure to ensure systems are available and recoverable in accordance with our service level agreements Availability to work selected weekends to perform off-hours maintenance to ensure our systems are available and secure Availability to participate in a rotating on-call program for after-hours emergency support Provide guidance to other SAP Basis/Auths Team members including external contractors
