Job Description

Job Summary

Provide ongoing operational support for the Nutanix platform, including cluster health monitoring, monitoring cluster storage utilization, and proactively planning for capacity expansion when usage exceeds 80%. Analyze performance metrics weekly using Nutanix Prism and address any identified bottlenecks to optimize performance.

• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution related to Nutanix AHV, storage, and management components as part of BAU operations, ensuring timely response and resolution according to defined SLAs.
• Perform routine maintenance activities such as OS and firmware patching, upgrades, and backups for Nutanix environments, in alignment with WM standards and documented maintenance schedules.
• Support the entire VM lifecycle management process, including provisioning, modification, decommissioning, and migration of virtual machines. Manage user access and security configurations in accordance with WM’s access management policies and auditing requirements.
