Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement within the organization. This position emphasizes effective problem-solving, adherence to client SLAs, and empowering team members through strong leadership and communication. By leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools like Terraform and Azure, the Track Lead ensures that operational processes align with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Optimize Operational Processes By Utilizing Terraform And Azure To Automate Infrastructure Deployment, Enhancing Management Reporting And Streamlining Information Flow.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Thoroughly Understand Their Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets Or Exceeds Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Azure Services.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering An Environment Of Transparent Communication And Shared Project Goals, While Implementing Best Practices In Iac And Azure Kubernetes.
4. Innovate And Propose New Strategies For Process Development, Leveraging Terraform And Windows Azure Iaas/Paas To Drive Organizational Progress And Operational Excellence.
5. Deliver Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Utilizing Azure And Terraform Capabilities To Achieve Measurable Business Results.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Proficiency In Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Using Terraform.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Azure Services, Including Windows Azure Iaas And Paas.
3. Familiarity With Azure Kubernetes For Container Orchestration.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
5. Effective Communication And Team Leadership Abilities.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
2. Optional But Valuable: Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate
