Track Attendants at FastTrax are at the center of the action, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, exciting, and memorable go-kart experience on Florida’s largest indoor multi-level track. This is a fast-paced, high-energy position that requires sharp focus, safety awareness, and great guest interaction. Key Responsibilities:
Assist guests in and out of karts, ensuring seatbelts and helmets are properly secured
Conduct safety briefings before each race and enforce track rules at all times
Monitor guests on the track and respond quickly to spinouts or unsafe behavior
Operate track systems including lights, gates, and pit controls
Perform basic kart inspections between races and report maintenance issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pit area and surrounding track zones
Deliver a professional, fun, and guest-first experience every race
Qualifications:
Energetic and safety-focused with strong attention to detail
Able to work in a loud, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment
Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Team player with strong communication skills
Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous attractions or customer service experience preferred but not required
