We’re seeking someone to join our CDRR Technology team as a Tracer Full Stack Developer, in Tech Risk Gov & Controls (TRGC) to design, develop and enhancing modern, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces for the TRACER platform while also contributing to backend services and system integrations. In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.

This is Director position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web interfaces for the TRACER platform using modern front-end technologies and engineering best practices.
• Build reusable UI components, common libraries, layouts, data-driven screens, dashboards, forms, tables, filters, navigation components, and other interactive experiences that can be consistently leveraged across the application.
• Partner with UX designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to convert wireframes, requirements, and business workflows into intuitive and technically robust user experiences.
• Ensure UI implementations maintain consistency with established design standards and provide an efficient experience for users working with complex workflows and large datasets.
• Develop clean, maintainable, modular, and well-tested front-end code with a focus on performance, scalability, accessibility, responsiveness, and browser compatibility
• Identify opportunities to improve existing TRACER screens and workflows through UI modernization, component reuse, simplified navigation, and improved application responsiveness.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services through REST APIs and other service interfaces.
• Work across the full application stack when required, including development and enhancement of server-side components, APIs, business logic, data access layers, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot complex UI and application issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions rather than short-term fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, release activities, application monitoring, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile development team, participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, design discussions, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical input into solution design and help identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improving the TRACER platform.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• At least 4+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role with Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong professional experience in front-end/UI application development with demonstrated experience building production-grade enterprise web applications.
• Hands-on expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS**, and modern component-based UI frameworks such as **React or Angular**.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, reusable component architecture, state management, client-side routing, asynchronous programming, API integration, data visualization, UI performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline**, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional software development experience.
• Strong professional experience in **full-stack software development**, with significant hands-on experience designing and developing modern, responsive, and scalable user interfaces for enterprise applications.
• Advanced proficiency in **JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS**, and modern front-end frameworks such as **React or Angular**, including experience developing reusable components and maintainable component-based architectures.
• Demonstrated understanding of **UI/UX development principles**, responsive design, accessibility standards, browser compatibility, state management, client-side routing, performance optimization, and design-system-driven development.
• Experience developing **data-intensive enterprise applications**, including dashboards, complex forms, data grids/tables, search, filtering, sorting, workflow-driven screens, and interactive data visualization.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with **RESTful APIs and backend services**, with a solid understanding of asynchronous processing, API contracts, error handling, authentication, authorization, and secure application development.
• Working knowledge of backend technologies, relational databases, SQL, data access patterns, and distributed application architectures, with the ability to contribute across the full technology stack when required.
• Experience with **automated testing**, including unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as familiarity with modern testing frameworks and quality engineering practices.
• Experience working with **Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies**, code reviews, automated build/deployment processes, and modern software development lifecycle practices.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including **object-oriented design, design patterns, reusable architecture, coding standards, performance, scalability, maintainability, and application security**.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with demonstrated ability to diagnose complex UI, API, integration, and application performance issues.> Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with **product owners, UX designers, business stakeholders, QA engineers, architects, and development teams**.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to engineering quality and a passion for delivering **intuitive, polished, reliable, and high-performance user experiences** in complex enterprise environments.
