1. 跨部門與外部利害關係人溝通
• 擔任實驗室 / 電信商 / 客戶認證團隊 / WNC 內部功能單位的 Main POC，建立並維持高效的溝通管道。
• 擔任內部 BU 諮詢窗口，針對各事業群的 Project PM/TM 提供認證策略建議與技術諮詢。
• 熟悉MNO 認證流程，及時有效地跟進專案測試進度，並專業回覆客戶相關問題。
2. 認證專案與時程管理
• 規劃並控管整體認證時程 ，精準協調內外部資源與關鍵專案里程碑。
• 與軟體管理團隊密切合作，協調並制定符合認證需求的韌體發布策略。
• 蒐集並維護各主要 Carrier 的最新 Roadmap、規格與需求 ，作為內部認證佈局與發布決策的依據。
3. 實驗室與預算管理
• 管理全球第三方實驗室的運作，涵蓋測試排程規劃、測試品質追蹤，以及技術與行政事務的跨國協調。
• 管理實驗室或 Carrier 相關合約，並幫忙Project PM 處理採購單 (PR) 申請與請款作業。
