4. 能獨立解決設計及生產問題，順利導入量產。
5. 熟悉EMI EMC相關法規的規格與測試，使所負責產品通過認證。
6. 分析與整理測試數據，確保產品品質，提供給客戶確認，進而獲得客戶信任。
7. 參與工廠實地量產技術移轉,協助工廠提升產品良率
