In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Oversee daily office operations across locations
  • Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including office tour&batch training workspace setup and coordination with relevant teams
  • Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations and service quality
  • Support contract renewals, quotations, and basic negotiations
  • Monitor vendor performance and proactively resolve operational issues
  • Support office-related procurement (supplies, business cards, employee purchases, promotional goods)
  • Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and budget monitoring
  • Ensure processes align with internal policies
  • Support office-related projects and improvements
  • Assist in organizing internal events (e.g., Family Day, internal activities)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Develop and maintain internal admin guidelines
  • Help standardize workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Support EHS compliance, including office policies, security standards, and local regulations.
  • Assist with access control, visitor management, and basic workplace procedures


What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • 5–8 years of experience in office administration, workplace operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing office operations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions
  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract coordination
  • Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a global or multinational environment
  • Experience supporting multiple office locations or regional operations
  • Experience in process improvement, SOP development, or documentation
  • Strong understanding of shared office concepts and workplace operation trends in Korea
  • Strong proficiency in data handling and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Office tools, and collaboration platforms(Feishu;Lark, Confluence, Notion, Outlook Etc.)
  • Familiarity with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) practices and workplace compliance
  • Basic design or visual communication skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop or similar tools)
