The TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) and Agency team plays a critical role in enabling seller success by onboarding, educating, and supporting agencies to drive growth for sellers across categories. You will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support the TSP Manager in day-to-day partner operations, including onboarding workflows, data tracking, and matchmaking activities between TSPs and sellers
- Support partner education initiatives, including training preparation, documentation, case study and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external teams to identify new opportunities for partner-led growth
- Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase agency performance and content improvement and contribute to agency ecosystem growth
