职位描述
1、负责具身智能项目的规划、执行与交付，对版本进度、质量和关键目标负责。 2、推动机器人基础模型、多模态感知、VLA、规划决策等能力的研发、评测与真机部署。 3、统筹数据采集、模型训练、仿真评测和真机验证，建设数据与模型迭代闭环。 4、协同算法、AI Infra、软件、硬件和测试团队，推进训练平台、推理部署及机器人系统集成。 5、识别技术、资源和交付风险，建立质量门禁，持续提升 AI 研发与项目协作效率。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业优先。 2、3年以上复杂技术项目管理经验，有机器人、自动驾驶、AI 平台或软硬件产品交付经验。 3、理解大模型的数据、训练、评测与推理部署流程，对 AI Infra 和 AI 软件体系有一定认知。 4、具备较强的技术理解和项目拆解能力，能够连接算法研究、工程实现与产品目标。 5、具备优秀的跨团队推动能力，能够在高技术不确定性下推进项目落地。 6、对具身智能、机器人学习和大模型技术有持续热情。 加分项 1、有机器人基础模型、VLA、模仿学习、强化学习或多模态大模型项目经验。 2、有机器人数据闭环、仿真平台、Sim2Real 或模型评测体系建设经验。 3、熟悉 SLAM、规划控制、ROS/ROS 2、端侧推理或分布式训练。 4、有机器人、智能汽车或智能终端的量产交付经验。
