牵头公司内部跨专业/跨中心技术展的规划，预研立项，推进跨专业团队完成Demo开发与最终的创新成果落地展示。 负责汽车工程跨专业跨领域架构融合创新(包括智驾/座舱/控制器等）及降本提效(研发/制造/维修)的POC或量产课题的预研及立项推进。 理解并细化跨域创新项目的产品和技术需求，牵头可行性分析，制定具体的解决方案，并确保开发团队对开发目标有一致理解。 领导/协调跨专业开发团队，确保所有相关者之间的沟通顺畅，解决可能出现的冲突 领导敏捷开发流程，制定迭代计划，并跟踪项目进展以确保按时交付高质量的产品 识别潜在风险并制定应对策略，定期评估和更新风险状况，确保项目顺利进行 监控开发问题和缺陷，确保及时修复，并通过持续改进提高产品质量。 直接对接客户或内部用户，收集反馈，调整产品方向以满足市场需求。
岗位要求： 211/985/QS200 本科以上学历 计算机/电子信息工程/自动化/软件工程/车辆工程/机械工程 等相关专业毕业 3~5年以上工作经验，具备横跨汽车工程2~3个以上不同专业领域的0-1量产开发经验, 包括整车/智驾/座舱/网联/嵌入式/电子电器/车身等; 1年以上项目管理工作经验，有软件/AI开发项目经验的优先 熟悉ASPICE/CMMI/V-model等开发流程，以及Scrum/Kanban/CICD等敏捷开发方法 逻辑性强，优秀的定性，定量分析能力，严密的逻辑思维，思路清晰； 责任心与自驱力强，优秀的执行力与学习能力；表达沟通能力强；有团队合作精神和一定的抗压能力； 持有PMP/ACP/CSM/Scrum Master等认证的优先
