职位描述 1、项目执行与交付支持： - 监控项目全流程（需求对接、开发、测试、集成）的实际进展，配合识别进度延迟等常见风险，定期向直接负责人汇报项目状态及交付情况； - 拆解项目阶段任务，配合制定初步项目计划（含关键里程碑），推动版本交付相关的落地工作‘’ 2、跨部门沟通协调支持： - 作为项目接口人，配合与业务线产品、测试、算法团队开展日常沟通，准确传递关键技术信息、进度节点及待协调问题； - 协调部门内外相关资源，配合组织日常站会、评审会等工作会议，推动解决协作中的常见障碍； 3、文档与流程支持： - 维护项目相关文档（需求摘要、会议纪要、进度报告等），保障信息传递的透明度与及时性； - 配合部门研发流程的落地执行，组织团队日常沟通会，助力基础的知识共享与经验沉淀；
职位要求
1、本科学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业优先（非相关专业有项目管理辅助经验也可）； 2、3 年项目管理相关工作经验，了解敏捷开发基本流程； 3、具备清晰的沟通表达能力，能准确传递核心信息，高效配合完成跨团队协作； 4、有基本的逻辑思维和问题处理能力，能承受常规工作压力，责任心强、自驱力足； 5、对项目管理工作持积极态度，服从合理工作安排。
