1、负责项目的全生命周期管理，制定项目计划并跟踪执行； 2、协调前端、后端、算法、设计等跨职能团队，确保信息通畅与高效协作； 3、识别和管理项目风险，推动关键问题的解决，保障项目按时高质量交付； 4、管理项目需求变更和优先级，合理分配资源，并对项目进度和质量进行汇报；
职位要求
1、3年以上互联网或软件行业技术项目管理经验，熟悉敏捷开发流程； 2、具备出色的沟通协调、团队组织和多方推动能力，能有效化解冲突； 3、逻辑清晰，具备强烈的责任心和抗压能力，能够同时管理多个任务； 4、对技术有较好理解，能与研发团队顺畅沟通； 加分项： · 有AI、机器人、图形化工具或云平台相关项目管理经验； · 持有PMP、ACP等相关认证； · 具备一定的技术背景（开发或运维经验）。
