Greet customers and act as their trusted advisorthroughout the serviceprocess
Write repair orders and clearly communicate serviceneeds
Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and timely service

Strong communication and customer serviceskills
Experience as a ServiceAdvisoror in a customer-facing role (automotive background a plus!)
