What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers and act as their trusted advisorthroughout the serviceprocess

  • Write repair orders and clearly communicate serviceneeds

  • Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and timely service

  • Provide updates and build long-term customer relationships

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer serviceskills

  • Experience as a ServiceAdvisoror in a customer-facing role (automotive background a plus!)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
