What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound & outbound leads via phone, internet, and text
  • Drive appointments by controlling conversations and creating urgency
  • Execute rapid response and consistent follow-up processes
  • Turn opportunities into real showroom traffic — not just conversations
  • Maintain high daily activity levels across all communication channels

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong, confident phone presence — you lead the call, not react to it
  • Ability to guide conversations without over-explaining or price-dropping
  • Fast, effective communicator across text and digital platforms
  • Competitive mindset with a relentless focus on results
  • Organized, disciplined, and accountable with follow-up
  • Automotive BDC, sales, or call center experience is a plus —
    but top talent wins here, period
