• Project Management
• Asset and configuration management subject matter expert, SME, deep knowledge and experience of workstations/Network/Security Hardware Lifecycle management to keep service assets and CI in control.
• Strong control over negotiation processes with OEMs and Vendors.
• Field Service Organization management (Hands and Feet Support)
• Have strong knowledge of Procurement and vendor management
• Having strong knowledge of Contract Management
• ITSM Tools SME, with deep knowledge and experience of purchaser ITSM Tool.
• Knowledge on CMDB data quality and continue improvement.
• Strong control on English and able to communicate with customer and teams.
• Able to present changes and recommendations required in the environment.
• Able to present innovated ideas to smooth the process.
• Should be able to suggest new ways of working to improve user satisfaction.
• Having deep knowledge of Active Directory
• Having deep knowledge of the SCCM tool.
• Having deep knowledge of Agile Safe (Certified is preferred).
• Having deep knowledge of the Ubuntu Landscape.
• Having deep knowledge of Power shell scripts.
• Having deep knowledge of Power BI.
• Having a good command of data management and being able to explain numbers.
• Having deep knowledge of Mobile Iron and Mac Products.
• Having deep knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Having deep knowledge in the IT Stock room and stock room management.
• Having deep knowledge in IT Spare and spare part management
• Having a strong knowledge of financial numbers/process and reporting.
• Having a strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle management and Product Catalog.
• Having knowledge of the latest technology and suggesting customers on ways of working.
• Having knowledge of Windows Operating System Environment.
• Having knowledge of Azure Cloud (Certified is preferred)
• Incident Break Fix.
• Ensure Operation runs smoothly and SLAs are met as per customer.
• Act on behalf of Customer in cooperation with current hardware suppliers.
• Having knowledge of Azure AD, groups, and management.
• Having Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
