Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Trois-Rivières, QC, from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will play an essential role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for:

• Safely transport customer vehicles from the pickup location to the branch;
• Maintain accurate towing records, including vehicle information, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special instructions;
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure proper operation;
• Perform general labour duties, including depollution, tire removal, and other related tasks;
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate towing activities;
• Provide our customers with outstanding customer service!

Qualifications

To join our team:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing;
• Good driving record;
• Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures;
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tow truck in various road and weather conditions;
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
