Our team of professionals with years of experience in the hospitality industry and vast local knowledge provide our clients with outstanding Niagara tour experiences, as well as unmatched hospitality services that help our clients experience Niagara in a unique and unforgettable way. Magnificent Tours is currently seeking Tour Sales Agents who are positive, highly energetic and guest service-focused to deliver the highest level of service and turn our Guest's experience to Niagara into a treasured memory for a lifetime.
$17.60/HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION on tours sold.
Areas of Responsibility:
• Warmly welcome and engage with every guest upon arrival.
• Greet arriving guests and extend invitations for further information.
• Actively promote and sell our range of Tour Packages to guests.
• Exhibit a "just say yes" attitude when addressing customer needs.
• Provide comprehensive knowledge of Magnificent Tours and Hotel services and amenities.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette at all times.
• Track tickets and vouchers used for tours accurately.
• Ensure all tours sold across properties are logged correctly in the computer system.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a sales capacity.
• Impeccable attention to detail, encompassing personal grooming, guest needs identification, demeanor assessment, and level of service required.
• Exceptional skills in guest service and presentation.
• Flexibility in scheduling, capable of working varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Thorough knowledge of the Niagara Region.
