We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Tournament Specialist to plan, manage, and execute both online and offline eGaming tournaments, leagues, and live broadcasts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of esports operations, digital broadcasting, and community engagement, with proven experience in managing competitive gaming events and online gaming communities.
Plan, organize, and oversee end-to-end execution of online and offline gaming tournaments and leagues.
Manage all tournament operations including player registrations, match scheduling, and result tracking.
Coordinate live streaming and broadcasting activities across Twitch, YouTube Live, Facebook Gaming, and other digital platforms.
Acquire necessary approvals from game publishers for tournament hosting.
Collaborate with influencers, streamers, and content creators to drive audience engagement.
Manage and moderate online gaming communities, particularly on Discord and other social channels.
Ensure smooth live event operations and real-time troubleshooting during broadcasts.
Work closely with marketing teams to promote tournaments and enhance brand visibility in the gaming community.
Analyze event performance, track community growth, and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing esports tournaments, leagues, or online gaming communities.
Proven experience obtaining approvals from game publishers for events.
Strong understanding of tournament bracket systems and live event logistics.
Proficiency with broadcasting tools and streaming software.
Hands-on experience using Discord, Twitch, Facebook Gaming, and YouTube Live.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle live coordination and technical challenges under pressure.
Must be locally available in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.
