  • Acting as Tournament Director for key Tennis SA and South Australian Pro Tour events, working closely with clubs, councils, officials and Tennis Australia to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Driving innovation and growth across competitive play, identifying new opportunities, developing complementary disciplines, and enhancing tournament offerings in line with participation and lifestyle

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have strong relationship-building skills and enjoy working collaboratively with clubs, volunteers, officials, players and internal teams.
  • Be a proactive problem solver who can identify opportunities to improve processes, grow participation and enhance event delivery.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively, with the ability to educate, influence and support a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Be prepared to be flexible with working hours, including some evenings and weekends to support tournament and event delivery

What’s to love?

  • Be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating a more playful world through tennis for everyone.
  • Play a key role in shaping and delivering South Australia's competitive tennis pathway, from grassroots tournaments through to professional events.
  • Enjoy career development opportunities through formal training, professional development and on-the-job learning.
  • Access a range of wellbeing initiatives, including monthly wellbeing activities, recognition programs and health-focused benefits.
