Our client is a reputable IATA Travel Agency locate in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Tour Operations Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Perform to deal with clients in all aspects of tour operating activities.
- Coordinate and negotiation with suppliers locally or overseas to follow up all committed business deals
- Handle and follow up Group Booking
- Work & communication with Airlines and land operators
- Ticket issuance
Requirements:
- At least 5 years relevant experience in Travel Industry
- Preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin. Good written English and Chinese.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
